About Course

Introduction to the fundamentals of Taijiquan, including breath, form, and core movements. While it is common to think of an ‘introduction’ as being the same thing as a ‘beginner course’, in this case, that is not exactly true. This course is appropriate for beginners, but Taijiquan is a craft that can only be perfected through working and reworking these fundamentals. Therefore, even a practitioner who knows several katas etc will benefit from revisiting these fundamentals.
