This first level of self-massage focuses on movements that stimulate internal functioning as well as the muscles and nerves closer to the service. Through a series of movements and gentle tapping, the body’s own best functioning is stimulated. This is an excellent practice for daily maintenance, and provides a foundation for other disciplines.
